This is a secure gated area lot next to our property. It has a automatic gate that opens with remote and closes upon leaving and entering. We have a deck area, which includes a swing, table and small bbq grill. Also, just as a remainder the area is designed to be shared by both Tiny homes.nnThis tiny home is pet friendly.nnAlso the neighborhood during the holidays can and does fireworks into the late hours, early morning can occur. It is a blue collar neighborhood that some homes have been remodeled yet some still need some repairs. We just want to be transparent with you about the area.nnOnly 1 vehicle parking is allowed.
