House Rules
- No Pets on Property
- $100 per day if a pet is discovered
- $100 fee per night for each additional guest on the property not listed on the reservation
- $200 fee if excessive cleaning is required due to pets or messy humans
- $50 fee per towel for missing or damaged towels
- No weapons
- No parties or events without permission.
- We ask that the booking party be at least 25 years old
- Do not climb on support railings or stairways
- No Smoking or Vaping on property (including Marijuana)
- Please, No bicycles inside our home
- Please keep thermostats above 68 degrees in the summer
- Please bring your own fire wood
- $50 fee for early check-in or late check-out
- Please do not light a wood fire in the fireplace. If electrical unit is damaged the security deposit will not be returned.
There are space heaters provided for emergencies (for example, if the heater is not working). Space heaters can be very dangerous if used incorrectly.
- Never plus a space heater into a power strip
- Never leave a space heater running in a room unattended
- Never sleep with a space heater running
- Never operate a space heater in the presence of children or pets that could knock it over
- Never place a space heater on a rug or near curtains or drapes
- Never use a space heater with an extension cord
- Never use a space heater on an elevated surface (such as counter, table, shelf)
- Never use a space heater on an uneven surface
- Never use a space heater in a kitchen or bathroom, or anywhere else that could potentially be wet
- Avoid placing a space heater within 3 (three) feet of an electrical outlet
- Avoid placing a space heater within 3 (three) feet of anything flammable
- Do not place space heater on a bed or near bedding fabric
- Do not run the space heater's power cord under a rug or under a closed door
- Do not use space heater with a plug timer or GFCI outlet (GFCI outlets have 'Test' and 'Reset' buttons)
Cancellation Policy
50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
