House Rules

- We love our 30A home; please treat it like your own
- Should an incident occur such as personal injury, illness requiring emergency personnel, property damage, or blood stains, immediately notify our local partner, Playa Bonita 30A Concierge, at 850-502-5758. For emergencies, please call 911 first.
- $100 fee per night for each additional guest on the property not listed on the reservation
- $100 fee per day if a pet is discovered
- $200 fee if excessive cleaning is required due to pets or messy humans
- $50 fee per towel for missing or damaged towels. Please do not take bath towels to the beach
- No weapons
- No parties or events without permission.
- We ask that the booking party be at least 25 years old
- Do not climb on support poles or stairways
- No Smoking or Vaping on property (including Marijuana)
- No loud music or excessive noise after 10 PM
- When booking and/or cancelling your stay at any of our listings, you hereby agree to not write a bad review without first making us aware of any issues that you are having, and allowing us to fix the issue(s).
- Please, No bicycles inside our home
- Please keep thermostats above 68 degrees in the summer

Parking: Park in the driveway, there should be plenty of room!

Front doors: Both front doors have a keypad code that should be the last 4 digits of the phone number. If it's not working for some reason let me know!

Internet: Please do not unplug the router or hub unless otherwise directed.

Television: We have YouTubeTV on all of the televisions. However, YouTube TV only allows you to watch on three televisions at the same time. If you know how to increase this to four, let us know!

Fans: The fans and lights associated with them are controlled by remote controls that can be found on walls nearby.

Beach Gear: We provide some beach gear and lawn games (for use at the beach or in the back yard). These can be found in the outside closet near the bottom of the stairs. The access code will be provided to you.
For additional items (extra chairs, bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, golf carts, or bonfire setups), check out Reef Beach Services & Rental down the street (next to Goatfeathers).
They also have coffee, beer, and some food. Tell them Todd sent you for 10% off! At this point we do not provide beach towels; please bring your own.

Please wash salt water off before returning items to the house. There is a hose on the side of the house.

Grill: We have a propane grill on the balcony. If the propane tank is empty, there is a backup in the downstairs closet. If they are both empty, they can be exchanged at the Walmart on Highway 98.

Cameras: There are three outdoor cameras we use to monitor the entrances of our house to prevent parties and theft. Please do not touch them!
