This house shares an approximately one-acre lot with our family home. Both houses have been used for multiple purposes including a period of time when they were used as an assisted living center (with the guest house as offices). The guest house can feel spacious, but has an unusual floor plan that makes it a bit quirky but comfortable. You'll enjoy that this is a completely separate house that affords a lot of privacy during your stay.

The kitchen is small yet functional, the family room is spacious and has seating for 6-7 guests. The Master Suite has aa queen bed and an attached bathroom which also leads to a utility room that is somewhat large. The second bedroom has two twin-xl beds and is also a good size. There is a room between the master suite and the second bedroom that has a desk and chair for working. There is a second bathroom in the common area of the house. Both bedrooms and the family room have televisions.

Please note that parking and driveways are dirt. We have a large solar array which can provide covered parking, and/or convenient parking next to the unit is available. We also can accommodate RV/Boat parking if needed (Ask for details).

You'll have access to the entire guest house, patio, and there is an available fire pit in the common area near the home.
