The space

This unit is a spacious one bedroom and one bathroom apartment with a spacious balcony and can comfortably accommodate 3-4 pax at any time. The unit comes with a high ceiling balcony that let you enjoy both the KL skyline and pool view. The fully equipped kitchen let you enjoy a simple meal at home. The apartment does not have additional partition room; we believe in proper and spacious space for our guest to enjoy their stay.

Most of the facilities can be used FOC while others need to be book at the concierge (at the south tower lobby during office hour). Some of the facility is not available during RMCO.

Warm welcome from host, great us well and spoke really nice. The unit is super clean, spacious and neat, hv a corridor to hang wet cloth, oh also hv a washing machine. Facilities in the unit are very useful. Would love to visit again in the future and would recommend to anyone who want to reserve this unit!

House Rules

Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Big parties/events are not allowed, small private gathering are allowed with prior notice.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, failure to do so will result in building security escorting guest out from the unit.

Cancellation Policy

Guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. Guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival.
