Master Bedroom
This bedroom features a King bed, crisp bedding, fluffy pillows, and extra blankets for those chilly nights. Forgot to pack light? No worries! The large closet can hold all of your wardrobe needs.
Bunk Room
Fun for even the littlest family members! This room has two bunk beds (4 twins), a changing table for wee ones, toys, and books! There's even a kid-sized table with crayons so kids can unleash their inner Picasso.
Loft Bedroom
Traveling with a large group? Our loft sleeps five people! We have a Queen, Full, and Twin up on this level for guests. A full bath with a shower offers convenience without having to go down a level.
Bathrooms
Never worry about having too little bathroom space. With two full baths and one half bath, there's no more fighting over who's been in there the longest! We fully stock towels, bath tissue, and handsoap. Forgot your hairdryer at home? We have one of those too, as well as a handheld steamer if you don't want to break out the ironing board.
Kitchen
Fully stocked with everything you need! We have plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, and towels. Appliances include and oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, and crock pot. We supply paper towels and dishwasher tabs for your convenience.
Laundry Room
Full sized washer and dryer for all your laundry needs! This room also features a rod for hanging clothes up as well as a vacuum, ironing board, iron, and storage space. Need extra towels? You'll find them here!
Dog Friendly!
We allow up to 2 dogs at the house as long as certain conditions are met. Please message us before booking to chat about your fur baby! A nightly pet fee of $50 for the first dog and $30 for a second dog applies and must be paid within 48 hours of booking. There is one XL crate and dog bed at the property for your convenience.

House Rules
Beech Mountain has a strict noise ordinance. Please respect your neighbors.
Booking party must be 18+
Absolutely no sledding, skiing, or snowboarding on the property. Please be cautious on steps during icy and snowy conditions. Please use the grill on the outdoor gravel area only.
Do not attempt to put any trash outside. Leaving trash attracts bears! There is a garbage pass at the property for you to use during your stay. DO NOT LOSE THIS PASS... THERE IS A $300.00 FINE FOR REPLACEMENT. Please make sure to leave the pass at the house when you leave or you will be assessed this fee. Trash may be taken to the Convenience Center using this pass. Trash from your final day may be left in the cans with the bags tied at the top when you leave. Cleaning staff will handle this trash removal.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund 60+ days prior to your arrival. Non-refundable within 60 days of your stay. Need to change your dates? Contact us and we will do our best to help accommodate you!
