Your security deposit is collected at time of booking and is refunded within 1-3 days of your checkout, assuming no damages.

5. Check-in is 4pm eastern time. Check-out is 11am eastern time. Unauthorized late check-out will be assessed a $50 fee plus an additional $25 per 30-minute increment. If the unauthorized check-out is at or after 1pm eastern time, guest must pay an additional late check-out fee equal to that day’s nightly rate at the published non discounted price. Paying the additional late check-out fee does not extend the stay. To extend the stay, guest must proceed with the formal booking process.
6. Any refunds that the next guest receives because a guest breaks any of these rules, must be paid by the guest who broke the rule.
7. If the space must be "blocked" out after guest checks-out, because a guest breaks any of these rules, guest must pay the standard published nightly rate(s).

9. Guest can park one (1) vehicle on premises. Additional street parking in front of the building is free.
10. No cable or satellite TV. There is a Smart WiFi TV for streaming content.
100% refund within 48-hours of booking. After which, the refund is 50% until 7-days prior to check-in. No refund within 7-days of check-in.
