Nye View has a luxurious king sized bed, a fully stocked kitchen, and a ground level patio just steps from the private beach access. When you're sipping coffee on the back patio keep an eye out for whales! Nye View also has high-speed internet and cable. nnWhat's nearby: Within walking distance you're sure to find the best seafood, nightlife, coffee, and gift shops. Nye Beach is famous for clam chowder, pizza, and a wonderful Irish Pub. If you'd prefer to venture further, check out the Historic Bayfront or head south of the Yaquina Bay Bridge and visit our world class Aquarium!nnNo to-do list when you checkout! Just take your things and go.nnNote: Community hot-tub is located on the parking lot side of the building and is open year round, the pool is seasonal normally between June-Sept (Memorial - Labor day).

We provide address, parking space information, and the code for our smart lock system on the morning of our guests stay. nnThis unit is on the first floor of a three-story building. The complex does not have an elevator. We want guests to know that they may need to use the stairs to reach the 3rd floor if 1st floor laundry is unavailable.nnOne designated off-street parking space is provided for guests for the duration of their stay.nnOur guests have full access to the community hot-tub and pool (Please Note: pool is open from June until September.nnPrivate beach access is offered to those staying at Pacific Crest and is located on the west side of the building (very close to the unit's back door). **NOTE** There are 115 steps down to the beach. Guests who prefer not to take the staircase are welcome to go to the Nye Beach turnaround a block away (around a 5-minute walk). nnA coin-operated laundry room is available on the 1st and 3rd floors 9am-9pm. For your convenience, detergent pods and the laundry room key are located in the entryway hall closet.
