Guests will have full access to the home and pool area, including the garage.

If requested by the host, guests are required to provide a copy of their government-issued ID and a list of full names of all guests staying at the property to the host.

GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COVER THE RING DOORBELL OR TAMPER WITH THE DEVICE IN ANY WAY THAT CAN IMPEDE ITS FUNCTION. If guests are found doing so, they will be advised to correct their actions and non-compliance will result in guests being reported to Airbnb for this violation.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND! IF THE HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SMOKE, THERE WILL BE A $750 CHARGE FOR DEODORIZING THE HOME

NO SHOES WORN AROUND THE HOUSE UPON ENTRY. Please do not wear shoes around the house. You’re welcome to keep your shoes inside but we ask that you do not wear them around the house to help keep our floors and carpets clean. Inside only shoes such as house shoes or slippers are fine. Thank you!

NO MAILBOX ACCESS! Delivery such as Instacart, Doordash and Amazon are acceptable for PORCH DELIVERY ONLY. *Please note that we are not liable for any issues with porch delivery services or any missing items.

NO unauthorized pets. For authorized pets there will be a $100 pet fee and must be approved by host prior to booking

NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Must respect other neighbors. If we receive noise complaints, your reservation will be immediately canceled and you will be charged $750.

Lost keys: $50

Lost garage remote: $300

Early check-in/late check-out (Time must be pre-approved by Host): $25+ Unauthorized early arrival/late check-out will be charged double due to the inconvenience to the cleaning team

Excessive guests than on the reservation: $50 per guest

Excessive cleaning if the place is left with trash everywhere: $50+

OUR OATH TO YOU: "If you do not believe this home is adequately cleaned, and you alert us within the first 24 hours of your stay, we will send a cleaner back out for free!"
