We are also spacing out guests by 72 hours, fully ventilating the proptery during that time frame. ^******** The home is located 2 mins of the 99 freeway in the college area, the most desirable and sought after neighborhood in Modesto. It's minutes from downtown and the Gallo Center. It's 3 blocks from Doctors Medical Center and a 7 minute drive to Memorial Hospital. 15 mins from Turlock and about 30 from Tracy/Stockton. The home is walking distance to many of Modesto's finest restaurants and a local organic grocery store, Starbucks, and boutique shops. The space is equipped with central heat and air, blazing fast WIFI download capabilities, 3 oversized flat screen TVs, cable and smart tv for all your viewing needs. New washer and dryer (we supply soaps and fabric softener.) The home is suited for solo traveler and families alike.

24 hour check in is available via smart lock, If I'm not available to meet at check-in time a smart key code will be sent to you. You'll have full access to all amenities in the home, as it's all for your pleasure. Check out is at 11am. Late checkouts may be possible, only available upon request and is not guaranteed.
